Model-independent determination of the dipole response of <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mmultiscripts><mml:mi>Zn</mml:mi><mml:mprescripts /><mml:none /><mml:mn>66</mml:mn></mml:mmultiscripts></mml:math> using quasimonoenergetic and linearly polarized photon beams

[Background] Photon strength functions are an important ingredient in calculations relevant for the nucleosynthesis of heavy elements. The relation to photoabsorption cross section allows experimentally constrain photon by investigating photo-response atomic nuclei. [Purpose] We determine photoresponse $^{66}$Zn energy region 5.6 MeV 9.9 and analyze contribution "elastic" decay channel back ground state.
